Men’s Production Manager (Production Department)

We are looking for an experienced Men’s Production Manager to lead our men’s wear production operations at ZELLBERY. The role involves managing end-to-end production processes, ensuring quality standards, meeting deadlines, and optimizing resources. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of textile and apparel manufacturing, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products efficiently.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee men’s wear production processes.
  • Plan and monitor large-scale production schedules (MOQs).
  • Lead and guide production teams for better quality, cost efficiency & productivity.
  • Conduct regular inspections on line & chain system.
  • Work with quality teams to resolve issues and maintain standards.
  • Coordinate with design, merchandising, sourcing & procurement teams.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws.
Requirements:
  • 5–8 years’ experience in men’s wear production (retail fashion).
  • Strong knowledge of line & chain system in apparel manufacturing.
  • Experience handling large MOQs for retail brands.
  • Good leadership & team management skills.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving & vendor management.

Position 2:

Performance Marketing Specialist (Meta Ads)

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist (Meta Ads) to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Ads) to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads Manager (Facebook, Instagram, Audience Network).

  • Develop, test, and refine ad creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to maximize ROAS.

  • Conduct A/B testing of ad copies, creatives, and landing pages to improve performance.

  • Monitor daily campaign performance, analyzing KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPM, and conversions.

  • Collaborate with the creative/design team to develop engaging ad visuals and content.

  • Optimize funnel performance for e-commerce sales, remarketing, and customer acquisition.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Meta Ads trends, algorithms, and best practices.

  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on campaign results and insights for management.

  • Manage ad budgets effectively, ensuring efficient spend allocation.

  • Work closely with the e-commerce and digital teams to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram Ads) for e-commerce or fashion brands.

  • Strong knowledge of Ads Manager, Pixel setup, Events Manager, and Conversion Tracking.

  • Proven track record of achieving high ROAS and conversion goals.

  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in Google Analytics

  • , Meta Analytics, or other tracking tools.

  • Excellent understanding of customer journey, remarketing, and funnel optimization.

  • Creative mindset with strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and meet deadlines.
